Best way to convert a Java EE 7 Web Application to a Java EE 5 Web Application

What's the best way to convert a Java EE 7 Web Application to an EE 5 Web Application within Netbeans or OpenESB?

The reason why I have to down-convert is to have compatibility with GlassFish v2.x.
