i want to use an Ontology visualizer in my application java

I'm creating an application for my Ontology (conceptualized using protege 2000) in java, and i want to use an existing ontology visualizer like in protege "Ontograf" in it. so i need to know : if there is a way to do it ? and how ? if there's another visualizer to integrate ? Any clues? Thanks in advance !
