Windows 8.1 Task Manager Set Process Name in Java?

So my program, when looking under processes, just is an empty title in Task Manager(I'm running a portable java), with the service icon. How do I set the title/icon for task manager? I tried Runtime.getRuntime().exec("title mytitle"), but it says it cannot find the process(CMD specific)?
