Single file multiple accessors in java

I am new to this field of java. My question is that I have a large file and I have many friends who want to have this file. I want to allow them to download chunk by chunk and at the end they can combine all chunk a make a file. In this case they all try to access the same file from different positions like bit torrent approach. can u plz tell me the best way to handle it. thanks
