How to connect an app to a google drive account that is not associated with the user/device

What I want to do is on start up of the app have it connect to a google drive account that can then sync folders and files from that drive to the app, not the user's drive account but one of my choosing. I have spent large amount of time trying to figure this out but it appears my google-foo is not strong enough. All I can find is how to have the app connect with the user's drive. So if anyone has any ideas or a better solution I'd appreciate it greatly.
