Moving minecraft mod development from Eclipse to IntelliJ IDEA 14 poblems

Ok so I am kinda sick of eclipse and I really want to check out IDEA! it's not like eclipse is bad but i just want so see if IDEA is good as people say it is. But I ran into a problem! When I run or debug MC it won't load my resources. It was working perfectly in eclipse and when I was switching to IDEA I didn't change anything in the code. I checked the resources path and forge gradlew has done that for me automatically. So that is not an issue and btw I am using "IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 14.0.3" if that matters.
