Java, Swing Localize a JFileChooser - Where to find bundles?

Background:

I would like to have translated JFileChooser component in my application.

However if I understand well, I have to make my own bundle for every language.

I would expect there is some sort of "official repository" for the main component translations like JFileChooser, but I'm not able to find anything like this.

My question is:

Does anyone know about some official or unofficial collection of the JFileChooser resource bundle?

Particularly: ja, ko, zh_Hans, and hi would be nice
