Running scala jar without scala installed on the executing node

Hi I want run a jar produced by mvn that compiles scala 2.11 code (with included scala libs) and then run it on a computer without scala. I'm trying to accomplish this with assemblies, but it does not seem to be working. Here is my pom.xml:

Is where the magic should happen, but it's not. This is running on my spark server that does not have scala installed. I managed to run the hello world programs on it, so in theory running without scala should be possible. Besides it's compiled byte code should run in the jvm.]
